What do Compassion Cup sponsors actually receive?

Every sponsor tier includes branded signage on the course, recognition from the stage at the banquet, a logo placement on our sponsor wall and tournament microsite, and social-media shout-outs leading up to and after the event. Higher tiers add tee signs, banquet tables, hole activations, foursome tickets, and presenting-sponsor billing on the event name.

How many golfers and guests will see my brand?

We host roughly 144 golfers plus a 200+ person banquet, with thousands more reached through our pre-event email list, social posts, and church bulletin. Tee signs are seen by every player on the course, and the banquet program reaches every guest.

Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?

Accepted Answer

Sponsorships paid to Cypress Point Church for the Compassion Cup are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We provide a receipt itemizing the charitable portion vs. the fair market value of any tickets or hospitality included with your tier.

Can I sponsor a specific hole, contest, or experience?

Accepted Answer

Yes — hole sponsorships, contest sponsorships (long drive, closest-to-pin, putting contest), beverage cart, and banquet sponsorships are all available. These are great for activations where your team can hand out swag, sample products, or run an experience on the course.

What's the deadline to be included in printed materials?

Accepted Answer

Logos received at least 3 weeks before tournament day are guaranteed inclusion on tee signs, the banquet program, and the sponsor wall banner. Sponsors who commit later still receive digital placement and verbal recognition at the event.

How do I get my logo and team info to you?

Accepted Answer

After you commit, you'll receive a sponsor packet by email with a simple upload link for your logo (vector preferred), a short company blurb, and your team's player names if your tier includes golf.
