All bidding happens from your phone — no paper bid sheets. Browse items, enter your name and bid amount, and you'll see live updates whenever someone outbids you. The highest bid when the auction closes wins.

When does the auction open and close?

The auction opens online a few days before tournament day so you can preview items and bid early, even if you can't attend. Bidding closes during the banquet on tournament evening — typically right before awards are announced.

Do I need to be present to win?

No. You can bid and win from anywhere. If you're not at the banquet, we'll contact you by phone or email to arrange payment and pickup or shipping for your item.

How will I know if I won?

You'll see the live high-bid update on your phone, and we send a confirmation text and email to the winning bidder when the auction closes. Winners settle up at the banquet checkout table or via a secure online payment link.

How can I donate an item to the silent auction?

Accepted Answer

We're always looking for great items — sports memorabilia, vacation stays, experiences, dinners, services, and unique gifts. Email the Tournament Director and we'll coordinate logo recognition for the donor and pickup or drop-off of the item.

Where does the auction money go?

Accepted Answer

100% of net auction proceeds go to Cypress Point Church's International Missions — the same anti-trafficking and persecuted-church work supported by tournament tickets and sponsorships.
